Open to the public as well as dealers, our auctions boast as many as 350 vehicles per week! No matter what their condition, all cars generate spirited bidding. All sales are subject to the approval of the seller.

Cars offered for sale by our clients consist of units that have been previously owned. Some of these are municipal vehicles that come from cities and townships, some come from other financial institutions, and some are repossessions. Of the cars that are repossessions, some are direct repossessions by Midwest, and some are cars dropped off by other repossession companies. There are also dealer drive-ins and corporate fleet vehicles offered at our sale.

Dealers who sell their cars at Midwest are required to be licensed by the State of Michigan and be bonded. They are responsible for their own odometer statements and representation of their units. Financial institutions have the option of being here to represent their cars.

The "General Public" is also invited and welcome to sell their cars at Midwest. The car must be titled in their name and you must have appropriate identification.

Midwest can provide a sweep out and wash for a nominal fee. For a slightly higher fee, we can also include professional detailing of the car including an engine steam clean, interior steam clean, and a wash and wax.

All bank vehicles are given special treatment, which includes, but is not limited to, the early display of their autos to the public via a "priority number" system, as well as the protection of our 24 hour security from the time the car is repossessed until the vehicle is sold or redeemed.
